Because a lot a teams play for example 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 when they have the ball but use a 4-4-2 tactic when they dont have the ball. I think it could be a very important improvement of the game. So if you have a flat 4-4-2 the team will defend like that, and then if you configure roles and duties you can easily make the team transform into a 4-2-3-1 when attacking.
