been this way for a long time and i have complained about it before but nothing gets done?

it's like it's SI's goal to get you to pay for a game that's broken and then excuse all the error's and bug until a new year arrives and a new FM comes out with different errors and bugs for you to complain about. 

been that way for at least 4 years now!

International manager changes happens almost all the time after each championship. It's perfectly possible to get the job but you need big results not just rep. My advice is trying to focus on league titles with your club and then try to get a national job after each championship - not guaranteed that the team you want is firing their manager, but if you're not that limited to which nations to lead you can apply for multiple jobs and should be def. possible to get a job

i have 3 league titles and 2 champions league , along with 3 minor cups , i have 5 star rep and i am french , still the french hire a 3 star rep french guy who hasn't won anything in his life? realistic.
