I have tactic which I like and which effective within realism, as I prefer One thing I dont like - this slot of Winger is not very popular. I play journeyman and change club every 2-5 seasons. So in every new club I need to train players for position which many of them don't know at all. Player could play LW in highner slot and dont know lower W slot This is little thing that tires me. Could you clarify, what I need to change in this tactic that it remains stable and looks like If I just change W roles higher - results are terrible worse Many thanks in advance!
