[Discussion] Add in more defunct national teams for editing purposes

If possible I'd love SI to add more extinct teams in the game for use by editors. Having Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, USSR etc would not only add to the rich history of football in game, but also be great for editors or aspiring editors like me to mess around with. Those teams are fairly successful in European football, but there are also more obscure ones like Saar or CIS. CIS could be complicated with multiple nations involved, but it would be great for editing purposes, eg create a 'best of Europe' type team.
