RailhawkFM Posted March 31, 2021 Share Posted March 31, 2021 After maybe 5 seasons of working properly, whenever I use the GM Suggestion feature to find players I get suggestions from my Managing Director even though I have a General Manager who is quite good at his Job. At first I thought this to be because I perpetually failed one of the club culture items about signing players from the lower tiers of English Football. I tried to make headway in that regard but even after a board takeover the new board has the same restrictions apparently. I also am unable to find a way to influence who "handles incoming transfer activity for players on the transfer target list" as it says is delegated to the Managing director of the club. Because I don't have an exact date for when this bug first occurred, and I thought it to be a feature of the Club culture, I don't have a save file from before I started experiencing this issue.
