I created a new club FC SLODOWN

i also made several reserve clubs FC SLODOWN 2,3,4,5

but now i'm wondering what you should have in these reserve clubs for these young players to come youth candidates

I have no idea but I suspect that only the first team club will get a youth input and then you will have to delegate them to one of the reserve teams.  You will be unlikely to get enough to populate the other teams

however, it is possible to change the number of arrivals of these young people

An Idea would be to make all the reserve clubs affiliate clubs to the main club. With long term partnership selected and players move freely between each club.
