Looking for help to create a custom/fantasy nation database for FM (community project)

Not 100% sure if this is the right place to post this but I'm gonna anyway

I'm planning to begin creating a custom/fantasy nation database for Football Manager. I'm looking for people to potentially help creating ideas for the nation itself aswell as clubs, cities and much more. Currently its pretty much a blank canvas so any ideas will be considered the only thing I've decided so far is that the nation will definitely be involved in European competition. Ill probably also require editor help at some point down the line as my FM editor skills are moderate at best.
