Lewis89 Posted March 8, 2021 Share Posted March 8, 2021 Hi guys, I have found an issue in game, the problem being that between 2021 and 2022/23 the format for the EURO u19s National side qualifiers changes. The format at the start of games is u19s play in 13 groups of 4. Winners go to play offs along with a 2nd placed team and 7 join the hosts at the finals. in 2021 however national sides u18s teams start competing in a preliminary group stage, I am managing San Marino and we have no U18s side. And since this format change my U19s no longer compete in any EURO qualifiers at all. Having looked, it is only us that dont have a U18 team.
