XaW Posted February 17, 2021 Share Posted February 17, 2021 I had a look at one of my previous games where I started as with Sunday league experience and no badges and almost all 1's, and then worked my way up, and for me everything have increased except goalkeeping training (which I don't do, so that's probably the reason) and adaptability. The adaptability could be because I've managed the same club all through the save, but it could also be that it doesn't increase.
