Pre game editor and real names?

Hi there, just got back to the FM world and this time with an Xbox Series S. I've played the FM and CM series ever since it started in PC. Now wanted to come back but I was very surprised to see that the club names and badges are all made up ... no player faces ... no reality feel what so ever. Feels more like a cheap mobile app copy version of a manager game than a real FM game. What happened? It did cost me 40€ so I expect more than this.

So ... first question: How do we fix club names, badges and player faces?

Second question: Any pre game editor in the near future? See that some have already asked for this.
