under review VAR - Penalty check screen to long

If there is a penalty check, the screen of the penalty check stays to long. The screen says penalty awarded, and behind the screen the penalty is already taken, and you can't see the penalty.

Hi @mmmufc,

We're aware of this issue and we had made some improvements on previous updates, however, we're aware that this can still occur on higher match speeds.

Therefore, we're still looking at improving this area.
