Ability to chose to start a game from the end of the January transfer window

I know that there are custom start date mods, but would it be possible to be able to chose to have a February start date (with real life league tables, real life player stats etc), so that we can play the 2nd half of the season with as much realism as possible

Custom start date mods don't quite do this as they cant bring through player stats to my knowledge
