I have 13 scouts, they have no assignments, but I only get 2 reports on the players I've asked to be scouted per week. I am asking for a scouting report on one match. Not experienced this before - it makes scouting a nightmare. Also, three seasons in, I've not had a single team meeting - either start or end of season. Lastly, there is no option to allow Ajax Jong and U18 managers to set their own tactics. Any ideas why these things aren't happening? Is it a league or club issue?
