He unfortunately failed the assessment, the next time I looked (a few months later) he had a bronze badge rather than the silver he had previously. For example if my team is in the Championship with all gold coaches and staff, if i gain promotion to the Premier League sometimes when i progress the game to next season (june 24th) THAT'S when my staff sometimes degrade to silver. Maybe it's intended because of going up a level, like being Gold in Champ doesn't necessarily mean Gold in PL.
