Hey,

we have some sort of "solution":

If you get enough E-Mails (about 150+, do a lot of scouting etc.), your Inbox is refreshed and you can read new E-Mails.

Error still occurs every season, at least you dont have to create a new manager profile.

Does it make sense? There are no unimportant emails, you might miss transfer requests, players get dissatisfied, your team structure collapses, you get fired ...

It takes only 150 + E-Mails, not hard to get (1-2 weeks), you can still see transfer requests.

As we said above, the issue only occurs with edited data which has been edited in a particular way. That's the only cause behind this we've been able to find and have had no examples raised where the issue occurs with standard default databases without any edits.

@Neil Brock I confirm this because we began a new career with exactly the same players and the same host and without any database changes and it worked, 2 seasons passed no problem occured.
