ME won't allow me to change corner routines mid-match

Hi,

I hate losing a lead near match-end on a set piece, especially when my opponent counters one of my corners or free kicks.  So I set up special end-of-game "safe" routines.  On attacking corners, I place my entire back line on "stay back", versus on my regular corners, I have my two CBs attacking the posts.  But in my last match, even though I switched to my safe routines, the ME used my old routines and my opponent had three players forward against only two defenders (my two CBs attacked instead of staying back).  I held on luckily.
