Trying to buy a player that would really help but can't find a way to ask the board to intervene and take over the transfer.

Any ideas please?

Hey @Nigelc81, thank you for your post. 

In order to get the backroom staff to carry out a transfer for you, you would need to add them as a Transfer Target. 

You can then navigate to Transfers on the sidebar, then the Transfer Target tab where you can set a max offer and wage amount etc. However, they will only work within the means of your transfer budget. 

In order to increase your transfer budget you would need to have a request to increase transfer budget approved by the Board. 

You can make this request by navigating to Club Vision on the sidebar and selecting the Make Board Request drop down menu and selecting the option there.
