Shenmue-X Posted January 22, 2021 Share Posted January 22, 2021 (edited) I'm trying to make the CONIFA World Cup in basic rules, but I get this message. I absolutely don't know why. In my version, 14 teams are guaranteed to play the World Cup + 2 winners of two cups I designed myself (one international cup and one international qualifier).
