Can't get the Teams panel to show up in Competition Profile page

I set the stage flags in the General section of the competition and I've never had this problem in previous years, but for FM21 the panel displaying qualified teams and their seeding in the competition just won't show up.

This seems to be for continental competitions only, as I've seen other files for FM21 where international competitions were able to display the panel. Maybe worth reporting as a bug?

Sounds like a bug to me, so yes, please report as a bug.
