Are you constantly changing your DL & LOE?

Recommended Posts

I seem to changing my DL & LOE constantly in games. i don't know if I feel the opposition is changing their approach or I need to make a change from the default often once I see how the opposition is playing.

Am I the only one?

I have 3 tactics all in the same formation - a 4-2-4 with assymetric AM/ST. It means if I decide to change gameplans and press/sit back/counter attack the rest of my team/individual instructions align with this change in tactic.

Just changing your DL/LOE ceteris paribus seems a bit silly - if you decide it's the right time to press, some of your players might have individual instructions that clash with this.

I only change these depending what I pursue in game. If losing might rise pressing. If keeping lead not using higher defline or higher pressing. No too much attacking roles when keeping the lead. Just some examples.. A match is a living thing and I can't just use one tactic from start to end.
