info provided FM21 Touch: cross sync does not work between Mac and iPad

I have FM21 Touch on my Mac and now on iPad. Even if I saved in cloud (see screenshot), the file does not show up on the iPad. I tried login and logout of cross-sync several times, nothing seems to help. The cross-sync screen on the iPad is completely empty (see other screenshot).

On my Mac I have version 21.1 on the iPad I have 21.2.1

What should I do?

Thanks for contacting us.

For your saves to show on your PC from your iPad - and vice versa - the game must be closed and then re-opened on both devices before these saves begin to show in your cross-sync folder. Can you confirm whether or not you are still experiencing this issue please?

Thanks and sorry for not responding earlier. I understood that the issue was caused by me using more than 3 leagues, which is, as I understand, not allowed on iOS version
