turnip Posted December 24, 2020 Share Posted December 24, 2020 They mean that you start a save, create a manager who is unemployed and then immediately go on holiday for 1/2/3/x seasons until [something] happens. The advantage is that you might have a club get promoted to a playable division who you want to play. Or a club get relegated to the lowest-playable division, which might make for an interesting save. DrIgz Posted December 25, 2020 Share Posted December 25, 2020 I generally holiday for about 10 seasons or so before adding myself into the game world, as I would realistically expect that to be a rough timeline of when I could take on a first team role.
