I'm managing a team where default expectation was improve the squad. I changed it to stay clear. I'm in the top half of the table, semi of the cup, no horrible run of form and my board is extremely dissatisfied with my performance and the bar for competitions is at the very bottom. Had been for some months. Screenshot shows me bottom of league but this is the top half after league split.also attached pic from just before split. Confidence was as low before the split so this isn't the issue. This is affecting my enjoyment of an otherwise good game! Not sure anything can be done to my game but just wanted to leave feedback.
