Update removed staff?

I am in my third season with one of my saves, and I had signed Ralf Rangnick to be my DOF again at Leipzig, as a project I wanted to make a new save but when I looked for him, he does not show up anymore as a staff member that can be hired, did something change following an update that removed staff?

Some of the staff in Bundesliga are licensed so their names have been changed. Kind of like Juventus being Zebras in the game. Chances are you did the real name fix mod. But then the last update "fixe" it so his name was probably changed to some silly fake name. I forget what it is exactly. But I think its something like "John Doe" in German.
