Changing tactics

At the beginning of a career mode you are able to change your tactics when your assistant suggests whether to use ‘tika taka’ and the other options. I can’t find the option to change this. Where can I change this?

Go to the tactics page and click in the right bottom on the pitch, there is a option to change formation as well as tactic
