Club turning Professional

I would love to hear a confirmation from SI staff: my guess is that, they indeed get trained full-time, considering that the schedule becomes full-time, and sessions are per team - so I don't think you have to give them professional contracts.

I assumed that you did need to give them full time contracts for them to train full time. I did notice a difference when we turned pro with the players i gave f/t contracts to and those i didnt. Could have been placebo though i guess.

Quick question. .

Do i have to give my players professional contracts if i want them to train full time?

There used to be an in-game tip, that reads that you should give full time contract to your best players so they would train full time.

I would love to know the difference in effective training time for:

Amateur Contracts: ?

Youth Contracts: ?

Non-Contracts: ?

Part time contracts: I guess player just do part trainning effectively

Full time contracts: Full training obviously.

Knowing this would add a complete new layer to the Journeyman saves.
