Bob Sardinia Posted December 20, 2020 Share Posted December 20, 2020 I demoted a player who has started basically every match in the season from Star Player to a Regular Starter (it was a coach recommendation) and proceeded to be bombarded with issues from the player about not getting any playing time (again, starts every game) and the press about if I'm going to give this player a chance to earn his spot. Think some checks are missing about which type of issues should be triggered when a players role might be demoted but his playing time isn't effected.
