FM21 My Cut-out facepack not working (Windows)

Hi guys, I have problem.

I'm with Windows and all other graphics work (logos, trophies, stadiums, cities, kits) except my faces.

I downloaded the cut-out faces, made a graphics folder, everything as every year, cleared the cache, reload the skin and it doesn't work.

I ask for your help.

We can't discuss items that breach licensing, like your graphics packs, here. You'd have to ask the people who made it on the site you downloaded it from, sorry.
