Simply cannot find any Flick inspired 433 made for FM21.

It doesn't have to be Fm 21, the principles from FM 20 are as valid for this version with some tweaks to suit match engine changes. Rashidis thread is the perfect starting place and if you want to make it 4-3-3 you change some of the roles to suit it after evaluating it.

I'm not currently managing a side good enough to play this sort of football, so it'll be untested but I'd opt for something like this 

                              CF(Su)

IW(Su)                                           IF(Su)

                 CM(At)*     B2M (Su)

                            HB(De)

WB(At)     BPD(De)   CB(De)     FB(At)

                           SK(De)

*role should have the added PIs of Moves Into Channel and Roams From Position

Then you can read through the thread of Rashidi's that's already been linked and apply the principles outlined there. 

 

Biggest issue with translating the 4-3-3 into game is.. Mueller. Because even in this shape he had the sort of movement that's best replicated in a Trequartista which obviously you can't employ at CM .
