under review Online Xbox Game- Problem where Games to be played on Wednesday and Saturday setting has stopped working on 2nd season

For our 1st season i had changed the settings so that everyones games were on Wednesday and Saturdays and this worked fine. However on the second season the games are now being played on different days and at different times without us changing a setting. This is a problem as gamedays will take much longer. Does anyone know a way to fix this?
