FM21 - Constantly disconnecting from friends Online Server

Hi all, just looking for any ideas on how to fix my disconnecting issues from friends online save/server? I have played FM for years and up until last years FM20 i have had zero issues playing multiplayer. This changed last year when everytime me and my friends set up an online save i was the only one constantly disconnecting from the server making the multiplayer aspect of the game virtually unplayable for me. FM21 started off a little better with not as many disconnections from online save but it is starting to rear its head again. I have recently upgraded to a new laptop so hardware and software shouldnt be an issue nor should my WiFi as the PC stays connected even when i disconnect from server.

Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreicated.
