resolved Achievement progress stuck in game

I seem to have come across a very annoying bug. I was holidaying my game save and decided to click on Xbox button on pad and check progress of achievements. Since doing this the achievement progress is stuck in game. I have exited the game and gone back in and it's still showing. I have also turned the console off and back on. It still appears. This is very annoying as it's not only in the way but could start screen burn on my TV.

This needs sorted as soon as possible or I'll be requesting a refund as it's completely unplayable.

Update

I have deleted the game and reinstalled. This is still in game. This needs fixing as soon as possible. I cannot play the game with it present.

Hi @LiamG1878, the dialog that is appearing on screen appears to be Microsoft UI which is something I find strange. Does this dialog only appear if you launch FM? One thing worth trying is going to  My Games & Apps and pressing the menu button on FM > select 'Manage Game and add-ons' > Select 'Delete All' (don't worry, this will not delete your save data). 

Once you launch FM, does this issue still present itself?

Thanks for the reply Rob. Yes it was only when loading up FM. It disappeared on other games and MS dashboard. The fix for it was restarting the Xbox three times. On the third on it was gone. Thank you for taking a look.
