Assistant Manager making subs and changing tactics mid game

All responsibilities turned to myself and no match plans in place. However, assistant manager suggests a sub and then automatically makes sub. Seems to be getting worse where the assistant doesn't even suggest the sub before automatically changing the player. Happens at random times including within the first half. Changes to tactics too including formation, attacking to defending etc.
