Mid Block /Low Block

Hi guys I have a question, how to set up and effective Mid Block and an Effective Low Block what type of roles, Pi's Ti's should be used?

Depends on what exactly you want to achieve with either of these blocks.

In terms of DL/LOE settings, for me personally the middle block works best with higher DL/standard LOE (plus split press sometimes), whereas in the low block I prefer the standard DL/lower LOE combo.

But when it comes to roles, duties and the rest of the tactic, you'll need to provide us with more details about what exactly you want to achieve.
