I hired a new assistant manager, and the old one's contract was meant to be terminated as the new one joined. But I've just received an email from the old one, and I can see under 'Staff' –> 'Members' that he is still there, and I have two assistants. I don't think I paid the old one's compensation, so I've just offered mutual termination now. But it shouldn't be happening in the first place, should it?
