Getting an Error in a Stage that Doesn't Exist

I'm creating the lower divisions in the United States. I'm currently working on the USSL Division Two (USL League Two in real life). I've just started building it, so I only have one stage set up; the regular season. So the only stage I have in my Stages list is Stage 0. When I run a test, I get an error that says "USSL Division Two, The number of dates set in stage 3 of the competition is 14 but should be equal to 5". I'm not sure what to do about this since I don't have a Stage 3. I've attached the file. Anyone know what might be causing this?
