PLAYER MANAGER WONDERKIDS - FM HARD MODE!

STAFF WONDERKIDS
======================
THE STUDENT BECOMES THE MASTER!
----------------------

Former players revived from the football manager graveyard as 'Staff Wonderkids' with enhanced squad building, high potential and many other game changing features. I use this with my UK Bailout database, all the extra cash with these managers normally put the transfer market on steroids! Some of the managers also become incredibly difficult to play against late game, especially when they get a top club job. I love this database because I normally can smash it with any team after a few seasons, so this really complicates things. Trying to create a legacy with a club becomes difficult when everyone else has a huge bonus you deprive yourself from.

If you want a serious challenge then use with my other mods and start from nothing, maybe create a club.  I've been doing this for quite a few years now and always find it fun, i'd love some feedback as this is the first time I'm sending out all my work for the year.

WHAT TO EXPECT
======================

- EXTENSIVE CAREER PLANS! (soon for all current players in game too)
- AGGRESSIVE TRANSFER POLICY! (works great with my other mods)
- INTELLIGENT SQUAD BUILDING! (generally wants more youth, plays them more etc.)
- A DIFFICULT LONG TERM SAVE!
- HIGH POTENTIAL STAFF WONDERKIDS!
- SUPERSTAR 'OLD SCHOOL' MANAGERS!
- DIVERSE JOB PROFILES! (retired players normally get wasted with no potential and rubbish roles, with this you can see Viera join Henry as his assistant or director)
- TACTICAL MASTERMINDS!
- GREAT YOUTH COACHING!
- ALL COULD POSSIBLY BECOME A CLUB AS CHAIRMAN! (soon with and personalised vision and ambition)

BETA VERSION - READ ME!
======================

This is a beta version, I normally spend months working on this particular modification, as i need to add so many different platers, with much more to be done, I would say this year I will add between 1000 - 2000 brand new staff members, depending on if anyone downloads or likes it.  I'm creating these from scratch to make sure they are perfect, as the new additions I normally rush, but as I am releasing this to the community I've decided to put extra effort in this year.

Please report any bugs with staff, particularly clubs releasing staff straight away, or any improvements you would like to see. I have tried and tested the transfer element for a quite a few years now, it makes the game harder and does change the transfer dynamics, especially with extra money in the game. More work to be done, but you will notice a difference.

Over 200 former greats have been added as key staff and given unlimited potential, with tweaks to their game to add more realistic squad building for the future, creating a much more enjoyable long term save, competing against some of the greatest names of the game. They have also been given advanced tactical knowledge for you to test yourself against. I have tried to add at least 1 from every nation, you will notice this makes late game international management particularly interesting!

These are former players who can be accessed through the current version of the database, I've always hated the fact so many players end up being wasted in the database once they retire, a lot of them go on to be great coaches or managers.

Some either have no potential, others are just retired or in the board room as Directors, so you cannot have any real interaction with them...this is my solution.

I will soon be adding a lot of former players, currently not in the database (for example Ronaldinho) and I will be adding extensive career plans for CURRENT PLAYERS, so the great players of today don't go on to rot in your ever expanding saved games database.

This is mostly former internationals. I have made a UK based database to go along side this, so it is highly UK centred, with a lot of the wonderkids having played in the UK before. Any European's will want to manage in the UK but they also have a desire to manage in Europe, so it shouldn't affect your game too much if you wish to play in the other leagues.

A few Super Managers have been added, most at the end of their careers, some just established managers in the game. A lot more will be added in my next update with all managers receiving upgrades to their transfer building and tactical knowledge.

ADDITIONAL MANAGERS ADDED OR UPGRADED
======================

Most of these are already elite managers or just UK based. Some are coming towards the end of the careers, some like Roy Keane I have upgraded just purely because their punditry and TV antics, one or two just because I like them, some were unable to be used as an interactive staff member.

Most managers will receive an upgrade to make the game difficult and allow enhanced squad building, this along with my career plans for current players, will be out soon. This has taken quite a while and I wanted to get the beta out close to the release. Let me know in the comments if you would like anything added or changed.

- Jurgen Klopp            (Liverpool)
- Pep Guardiola        (Manchester City)
- Jose Mourinho        (Tottenham)
- Ronaldo            (Real Madrid)
- Alex Ferguson        (Manchester United)    *ole is now a dunce*
- Kenny Dalglish        (Blackburn)

UPDATES COMING SOON!
======================
- FIX FOR SOME U18/B TEAM MANAGERS REVERTING TO COACH OR UNEMPLOYED

- EXTENSIVE AND REALISTIC CAREER PLANS FOR ALL CURRENT PLAYERS FOR AFTER THEY RETIRE IN GAME
- ALL CURRENT IN GAME MANAGERS WILL BE GIVEN SIMILAR UPGRADES
- HUNDREDS/THOUSANDS OF FORMER PLAYERS SUCH AS RONALDINHO NOT CURRENTLY IN THE DATABASE
- TWEAKS TO CURRENT VERSION AND AND REQUESTED UPDATES REVIEWED AND ADDED
- MANY MORE MODS! :)

I love creating crazy in game scenarios and databases, especially to add difficulty. I find them especially fun once I have played the normal game for a long time and basically achieved what I wanted in various leagues. They all generally can be used to add a challenge to your game, or simply to make things easier for yourself. I'm considering making a version that delays all the extra bonuses a few years.

If enough people like my work, then I will continue to spend the considerable time I have currently have been, creating more work.

I've spent most of my time recently trying to get this done as early to the 2020 game release as possible, this is so everyone can play with enough time to enjoy it this year, to also suggest improvements for this year and future years.

I have put a lot of extra effort into it this year, because I decided to share it with the community, so wanted a lot less game errors in this years version. It's not the complete package, but will be updated regularly over the coming months.

Apologies for any bugs in this or future versions, I know this can be frustrating late game. I hope you enjoy as much as I do!

If you fancy buying me a pint when the pubs open, it would be HUGELY APPRECIATED! I'll be behind the bar.
Beer kitty here :)

NEW STAFF WONDERKIDS SHORTLIST UPDATED.fmf MANAGER WONDERKIDS - FM HARD MODE! (1.2 updated).fmf

I have already noticed every single staff member has a slight scouting knowledge of Jamaica!

I'm not joking but this is because they spent a few days being reprogrammed on 'Paul Island' (A Jamaican team...my name is Paul) so there is absolutely nothing that can be done about this at all this year :P

I'm also having a couple of problem with some of the old boys, some of them have retired from hands on roles. I haven't reactivated all of them. Kenny Dalglish for example is stuck as a coach and a few others probably cant manage. Bobby Charlton looks fine, a lot of managers in there 70's are now good to go or a few more years. Roy Hogson for example is good to go until 2030.

Fergie is still a director, I am not too sure why, I am thinking because his contract start date was 01/07/20 and I started the game in early June.

beautiful! thank you for this. Can you add Ronald de Boer (Frank's brother)?

Alex Ferguson is not in my game.

You can find a few relations working together in this by the way, De Rossi and his dad at Roma is my favourite, I try and shape them this way and also collect staff into teams where they have playing history together

Chelsea for example: Drogba, Essien, Carvalho, Deco, Hilario, Ferreira, Makelele. Mikel will go over once he retires, players like Ballack will join when I begin adding them to the database.

As mentioned the new version has Fergie at united and Dalglish at Blackburn, there was a problem with there retirements but I have now fixed,

Looks like a cool db dude. One thing I'm wondering though is when looking at it in the editor is most of the staff have business set to 20.

I'm probably way off here, but doesn't a high rating in business mean they are more likely to sell players for profit? Which maybe isn't optimal for long term success?
