I have 2 Assistant Coaches

I'm coaching a small Portuguese club (Vilafranquense), and accidentally hired a second Assistant Coach. I'm a bit confused as to how my team is run under 2 ass coaches, and who runs what. Can you please share some insights, tips, or advice? Thanks.

In the responsibilities section, I think that you can delegate tasks and it will give you a drop down menu to select who you want to carry out these tasks- maybe just spread the tasks around- either that or you can mutually terminate the contract of the first one if you are early in the game, although this will have a cost

Or use an IGE to edit one of their contract end dates
