This data file needs to be tested and verified in the editor

I made a couple of changes in the editor (two players Potential Ability). I am starting a new career, but I cannot select the file with my changes. The game asks to test and confirm the changes in the editor. The problem is that the "test rules" button is not available in editor itself.

if you've downloaded a file (such as a no-brexit from the steam workshop), then you'll need to revalidate the changes as they'll have done some tweaking to the nation rules in order to actually do that
the editor doesn't quite understand that changing players has literally no impact on the league rules, but you need to do it anyway

 

if you're simply changing some PAs (I picked Camavinga for my test), then it'll work as normal, just select it when you start the save
