known issue 'Attack' missing from Attributes Octagon

I don't know if it's intended but I've noticed that 'Attack' is missing from the Attributes Octagon ('Communication' is also missing from goalkeepers)

Additionally, on both Technical and Mental Attributes have scroll bar that remains no matter which text zoom level I choose.

Any thoughts on either?
