Nerdphonic
Summary: Pre-game editor crashes when adding or inserting a list entry into advanced rules. Description of Issue: When attempting to add a list when using advanced rules, the FM21 Pre-Game Editor is forced to crash, creating a crash dump (uploaded to OwnCloud). The same crash does not occur when duplicating an existing entry in the list. I have also uploaded a screenshot of the error I am receiving to OwnCloud. Steps to Reproduce: Open FM21 editor Load Database Load Editor Data (uploaded to OwnCloud) Click on 'Advanced Rules' Click on 'List' Click on 'Add' or 'Insert' Files Uploaded to the OwnCloud: FM21 FMSS v1.3.fmf Editor 2021 v21.1.0.1488190 (2020.11.24 15.46.55).dmp editorcrash.png If you need any further information, please let me know. magicmastermind124
It's under review. For now, here is the workaround: 1. Instead of adding an entry, duplicate it. 2. Then, click show rules for and select the item you duplicated. 3. Finally, in the list section, you should see that there are now two entries (you may have to collapse the list to see that there are two entries). 4. Once you make a change that alters the type of list entry it is, it might be in the list of Show Rules For as Other.

Similiar issue, this method is the only way I can get continental rules to show up alongside national rules. In the past I just merged the database and they'd both be there, this time the continent rules come up until you click advanced rules again, then they're replaced with the national rules and you can't get into the continentals again. Via the above method I can get them both into the 'show rules for' dropdown. This also allows me into the advanced rules of the competition (in this case the African Champions League), whereas by the first method I could only see the standard editing options.
