When in game, You give team talk and then if you give defender,midfield,attack team talk it individually then it nullifies the team talk and says team talk complete and if you continue is says that you haven't given team talk but still you can't choose anything.

yeah i faced this issue as well. after clicking tunnel/start match, it will say "are you going to give your team silent treatment" something like that, cant remember exact words.

Facing the same issue.

Having same issue. This seems to happen when I enter the tactics screen AFTER finishing the team talk, but BEFORE proceeding to the tunnel. When I make my tactical/OI adjustments before the team talk, it seems to circumvent the issue.

Also experiencing this issue (on full FM21, not an issue in Beta). 

I don't seem to get the 'silent treatment' message though.

Giving a whole team talk, and talks to defence and midfield have an effect. 

However, when I give a talk to the attack, it nullifies all previous effects, and then completes the team talk. So, my working fix is to no give a team talk to attack!
