Just finished a game and I wasnt able to continue

Same here. Just beat Juve in the Europa League final too! ARRRRGH

Edit: I was able to get through it by going to the home page and going on holiday for one day.

I have the same issue. It seems like it's a very specific and not random issue, possibly with loading databases or club dependent because the issue isn't random. It happens every time I play a game. I played over 100 hours in the beta and never experienced this problem so it could be a new issue.

I had continued my beta save. Did you start fresh?

I too had this. And as mentioned going to the home screen allows you to go on holiday which will allow you to continue the game. 

The weird thing is that this is the third game I have played since release (on a beta save), and there were no issues on the first two. So it is a bit mysterious why this would happen. Perhaps clicking to the wrong place does this? I did not pay attention to what I did during the match that I normally would not do.

Hi all, sorry you're encountering this issue. Are you getting stuck with "Awaiting Media Reaction"... on the screen before the post-match interview and media summary takes place? Or are you just at the end of the post-match interview, having completed it, with no way to progress?

If you could leave what resolution you're playing in, whether you have either team talks or any broadcast interview responsibilities delegated, this might help us find some correlation between when you are getting this. Is it in friendlies or competitive games?

Odd request possibly, but I don't suppose you are able to check specifically what was in your inbox (or have a save right before or immediately after the final that you could send us via the link in post above) after you returned from this one day holiday to escape it?

In my case, I'm just before the post-match interview (I completed the final match meeting with the players), and i can't progress. 

I'm responsible of team talks and broadcast interview. It's a competitive game (Champions league).

I uploaded my save on your server (Théo Le Henaff - Rennes.fm).

(I began the game with beta)

I have also just uploaded the save file where it has happened twice now in the same game.

Edit 1: I tried uninstalling graphic packs as that was the only thing i could think of that was possibly effecting my game but the issue is still happening. I'll try uninstalling and re installing the game to see if that changes anything.

Edit 2: Just uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing has changed dont really know what else to do now.

I have both, thanks to after match rolling auto-save. I have uploaded two files.

PostMatchContBug_PreGame.fm: Save file created by beta (v1476964); Loads to post match, end of PL season: three days before the final.

PostMatchContBug_PostGame.fm: Save file created by by v21.1 (v1487510). Loads to game status screen, where you must select "End Holiday" to progress to the inbox.

Caveat to the file, I started using the MLS Early 2021 Pre-Season (14/12/2020) date.

Sorry, I saw this message a bit late, but just had the same issue again a few matches later. I have uploaded a save from directly before a friendly cup match against Leeds, where the bug most recently occurred. The bug did not have a "waiting for media reaction" overlay, instead it was just the camera panning over a green field with nothing coming up (occasionally, a brown commentary bar flashed at the bottom of the screen).

 

In the previous instance, I reloaded and played the game again, and the bug did not occur, so I don't think it is guaranteed to happen each time.

 

I was able to get around the issue by holidaying.

 

One thing that may be connected is that this game was a friendly cup, and the other game where I encountered the bug was a friendly league. (I also ran into the scheduling bug for these in the beta, so maybe there is an issue with these types of friendlies generally).

 

The uploaded save is called "Jorge Reyes - Bristol Rovers.fm".

Thanks for this, we'll have a go on those saves too. Did you have "watch highlights" options at the top right of this screen (Goals Only, Key Highlights, Extended Highlights)?

I was on comprehensive highlights with no replays.
