[Germany 2. Bundesliga, 3. Liga & below] Data Issues

Recommended Posts

Please post any data issues related to Germany's 2. Bundesliga, 3. Liga and the leagues below (Level 2, 3 & below) here.

As much of the data is subjective we’d ask that you respect everyone’s opinion and accept that the final decision is that of our club researchers and our heads of research.

We also request you please adhere to the following three point plan when posting in the data topics:

·        State what you think is specifically wrong with a particular piece of data.

·        State what you think the data should be.

·        State reasons/proof for your suggested corrections/improvements.

Please note that any non-data issues for Germany's 2. Bundesliga, 3. Liga and the leagues below (Level 2, 3 & below) should be posted in the appropriate thread within the League Specific Issues forum. This would include issues such as league scheduling, league table sorting rules and match rules.

Anything that is to do with a B team of a Bundesliga club, should be posted in the [Germany Bundesliga] Data Issues thread.

I've realised these players have all been created, but set for HSV III not HSV or HSV II.

It is.

There will be changes in the winter update, but as long, the players will be in the lowest team

Abdou-Rahman Njie (Abu Njie) seems to be the right spelling of his name, but short one is recent too:

https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/abu-njie/profil/spieler/1100 as Abu Njie

https://www.sv-tasmania-berlin.de/herren/1-herren/ as Abu Njie (trainer)

One more thing:

Karem Kavuk ID=2000047943 seems to be Kerem Kavuk, maybe a typo

proofs: https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/kerem-kavuk/profil/spieler/804160 and https://turkgucu.de/de/Profis/Kader.htm (under squad number  28)

Hi!

Found another two small ones:

1) Dimitris Ferfelis (ID=91129927) from SV Atlas Delmenhorst should be Dimitrios Ferfelis , proofs:

https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/dimitrios-ferfelis/profil/spieler/89480

https://www.svatlas.de/Spieler/20320/Dimitrios-Ferfelis

2) Meik Erdmann (ID=2000048817) from VfV Borussia 06 Hildesheim should be Maik Erdmann , proofs:

https://www.vfv06.de/Spieler/16975/Maik-Erdmann - official VfV Borussia 06 Hildesheim webpage

(there is probably a mistake on transfermarkt too - https://www.transfermarkt.de/meik-erdmann/profil/spieler/388950)

Best regards,

Nik

Will St Pauli's Igor Matanovic be added for the Winter update or was he too young at start of the game to make this years edition?

Yes, he has been added and will make it in :)

Hi!

I've probably found another issue:

Yakub Polat (ID=91121453) from FC Astoria Walldorf should be Yakup Polat, proofs:

https://fcastoria.de/teams/1-mannschaft/kader/ , number 20

It says Yakub with the names under the team photo

then Yakup at his own photo :D

Looks like it gets mixed up in other places too.

Kuba will be an 'abbrevation' for Jakob/Jakub/Jakup. Like Sasha for Alexander for example.

Will investigate, but looks like it can be either Jakub/Jakup - so that's a funny one.

I've been managing 1860 Munich and I've worked my way up through the leagues but I haven't received any TV revenue in any season. I'm into my 6th season and I've been in Bundesliga 1 for two years now and I'm still receiving 0 for broadcast revenue each year.

Either way this isn't really a data issue, but I'm pretty sure the prize money is the TV revenue, since the Bundesliga 1 & 2 give out TV revenue according to league placement.

Hi, again!

Could you please check Nicolas Obas (ID=2000052704) from TSV Schott Mainz too?

On the team webpage he is marked as Nicolas Obbas , link . Found no other proofs..

Best regards,

Nik

Seems like the website is the only one writing Obbas. So I think maybe it ought to be Obas... looking into it further though.

In my 1860 Munich save I’m not being entered into the German cup 2nd season in.

Any reason why this would happen?

If your still in the 3. Liga you won't automatically enter the cup, unless you finish in the Top 5.

Erling Haaland signed for Dortmund in 2020, says in his Bio it was 18/19 season. His league and goal appearances don't tally up either. I am playing 21/22 season but for some reason in his bio the games and goals played in 21/22 in the league do not update.

I don't know if someone already reported this but I have played one season with SC Freiburg and now I am playing with Salzburg in Austria and I have noticed at both saves that players which don't have a place of birth set they automatically get the capital city of the country as place of birth. At SC Freiburg I had a lot of players which were born in Berlin (although I have checked and none of them was born in Berlin) and the same at Salzburg, a lot of players born in Vienna...I think this issue is general, not only in Germany or Austria.

1. FC Kaiserslautern:
Ryszard Komornicki was released from his contract along with Saibene, new assistant manager is Frank Döpper (876628) https://fck.de/de/spieler/sportliche-leitung/frank-doepper/
Thomas Hengen (8192) will become the "Geschäftsführer Sport" ("Managing Director of Sport") from March 1. Current Sporting Director Boris Notzon's contract expires in the summer; it seems Sören Oliver Voigt will become just the Commercial Director and Hengen will be the counterpart for the Sporting side, with Notzon one rank beneath him but I'm not entirely sure. Maybe you'll be able to interpret better from one of these links:

Still no update on Lukas Spalvis' recovery from his knee injury; the injury length should probably be extended again. At this point, he's missed 2½ years through this injury and I doubt he'll return before summer at the very minimum. I have to wonder when it begins to make more sense to deactivate him from the database until/unless there is a prognosis for him to return from injury...
Carlo Sickinger was removed as Captain by new coach Marco Antwerpen; the new Captain is Jean Zimmer; Kevin Kraus, Alexander Winkler, Tim Rieder and Marvin Pourié are Vice-Captains https://www.der-betze-brennt.de/news/12946-jean-zimmer-ist-neuer-mannschaftskapitaen-des-fck.php.
Nicolas Sessa [Spoiler because of Hidden attributes]:

Spoiler

Suffered a ligament injury (stretched knee ligament) shortly in August after he joined the club, and 10 minutes into his debut match in November tore his hamstring. 8 weeks later in January when he returned to training, he tore the hamstring again. Perhaps Injury proneness could be increased to 17
