Please post any data issues related to any non-represented country in Asia here.

As much of the data is subjective we’d ask that you respect everyone’s opinion and accept that the final decision is that of our club researchers and our heads of research.          

We also request you please adhere to the following three point plan when posting in the data topics:

·        State what you think is specifically wrong with a particular piece of data.              

·        State what you think the data should be.                            

·        State reasons/proof for your suggested corrections/improvements.                         

Please note that any non-data issues for Asia should be posted in the appropriate thread within the League Specific Issues forum. This would include issues such as league scheduling, league table sorting rules and match rules.

HR Bangladesh

Henry Chindo (23193901) is missing date of birth it is 16/3/1993

Should also be released from his contract

He hasn't played in Bangladesh since at least 2015 Also it looks like he has been playing in Turkey for the last few seasons doesn't appear to have a club anymore but this site may help with updating history - https://www.tff.org/Default.aspx?pageId=526&kisiId=1844495

Only possible reasoning (and even this doesn’t make any sense) that I can think of is that the Montenegrin league has lots of Japanese players there. But yeah, this definitely sounds like a bug especially if these players haven’t even played in any of the Balkan leagues

I just had a look in the editor and Japanese is the only language listed for Japan, so it definitely seems like some kind of bug and not a data issue. I'll file a bug report. :thup:

irfan fandi (23222901) with bg pathum united in thailand should have a brother relationship with ilhan fandi ahmad (23493806).

currently irfan only has relationships with his brother ikhsan (23359300) and his father fandi ahmad (2016322).

There is a bug with Saudi Arabian clubs. Three clubs from 1st tier league should be assigned to 2nd tier league and vice-versa. Same happens with 2nd and 3rd tier teams. I know you don't offer the Saudi Arabian leagues as playable leagues, but even without the leagues playable teams are assigned wrongly. Same with Qatar, Al-Shahaniya Sports Club should be swapped with Al-Kharitiyath Sports Club, and 2 clubs are missing in 2nd tier - Lusail City Football Club and Al-Waab.

Saudi Arabia has been fixed for the winter patch. The Qatari ones completely escaped my mind but it’s a simple fix in the editor. If you’re not clued up on how to use the editor I’ll provide you with a fmf file that will fix if.

Hi 

I have noticed that there are players that are not added in the database of some teams of the UAE first division and as example i will take al hamriya https://www.uaefa.ae/en/club/22 this is the proper list of players that are in the team and some other players that doest exist in real life such as Ahmed Mahmoud Murad Mahmoud(2000064935).

Regarding the rest of the players that are missing, any missing players will be created in the next research phase ready for FM22. It's not ideal, but a lot of work has been done to improve the Middle East from the outdated DB it was beforehand. At the moment, it's a matter of playing catchup so when the transfer patch eventually comes out then I hope you will notice a big improvement in KSA and UAE in particular. But yeah, the players I ave missed will be done in time for the next installment.

Im not sure if this is the correct place, but where can we speak about the newgens for certain asian countries? Main problem i have is for Kazakh and Kyrgyz players who should both be east asian or mongolian in features. In the game however they are dark brown and look more like indian.  Uzbek also wouldnt be so brown. Is there a way to fix this?

I will have a look on that. Definitely agree that Kyrghyz and Kazakh are more East Asian in features, than Indian. For Uzbeks it is not always the case, but also the percentages should be changed.

Could Jong Il-Gwan (23133766 - Korea DPR) be reactivated?

He apparently has been deactivated, but sources suggest he rejoined Rimyongsu (5622840) after he left Switzerland. He still is a member of the national team .

This post makes a point I think. Look at this simulation of the Asian Cup below which also shows that Thai players may be overrated in the game? I hope researchers/scouts that work for the Thai database are regulated and the ratings are not inaccurate compared to real life?
