FM15 - Can the AI edit player instructions ?

Hello,

 

So, I ve basically decided to purchase FM15 after having a look at the forums and various topics about various versions of the game. It was close between this and 12, but 15 won.

 

Long story, short, my question is basically the same as the title says.

Can the AI use edit player instructions in FM15 ? I know it can use role/duty but I am not sure if they are able to tweak the player instructions for a role as well.

 

I want to ensure a level playing field between me and the AI or at least a "as close as it gets to a level playing field".
