Facepack: Some Newgen faces are still the default

Hello

So I am using a facepack. Some of the newgens are still using the face defaults provided by the game. How do I stop this from happening so they're all using my faces?

 

Also, I can't seem to find where the pack was originally stored as the folder under faces within the graphics folder is empty. Any ideas how I can locate it? Nothing comes up when searching in the windows toolbar.

You will need to speak to whoever made the facepack 

And half an hour isn't that long to wait on a reply during the week

I suggest that you can either ask in the Skinning Hideout forum or check with the supplier of the facepack
