Players constantly changing their preferred additional training regime

As the title suggests, I seem to have a few of my first team who recommend that I should put them on individual strength training. A week or so after I have done so they then decide they would prefer quickness training. Once again I oblige them. Fast forward a few days and they have again changed their minds and would again like more strength training. This 'game' continues back and forth with the players in question losing morale quite dramatically.

At this point I'm starting to think a new trolling mechanic has been introduced.
