Rapid Bucuresti in Romania Liga 2 has some titles (might heard of them since they knocked Feyenoord out from UEFA years ago).

Bursaspor in Turkey 2nd league (the last non-Istanbul team to win it).

Vasas Budapest in Hungary 2nd division (six titles and semi-finalist of CL way back).

I've played a fantastic save with FC Magdenburg. They had their biggest succes in de Kuip , winning the eurocup 2 beating AC Milan in 1974
