Just had this same issue, and as above F12 puts them into your Steam screenshots folder (accessible from the View / Screenshots menu in Steam). When you find them in Steam, there's a button to SHOW ON DISK and it will open Windows Explorer to the specific location.

If it helps / for quickness, mine were buried deep in the following location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\42636552\760\remote\1263850\screenshots

I believe the first number is your user ID and will be different for everyone.

Therefore the path will be:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\your userID\760\remote\1263850\screenshots
